Fire Department Non-Emergency Service Request
The Buffalo Grove Fire Department provides several services to the community that don’t fall within an “emergency response.” We do our best to honor all requests, however, safety is our top priority, and calls for service may prevent us from doing so. If you would like to request a non-emergency service from the fire department, please submit your request at least 14 days prior to your event, so we can assess availability of equipment and personnel. Remember, while we will do our best to accommodate, a request does not guarantee an appearance. If an appearance is scheduled, please understand that it may also be cancelled in the event of an emergency or call for service.
