The Homes for a Changing Region was published in 2015 through a collaboration between the Northwest Suburban Housing Collaborative, Metropolitan Mayors Caucus, Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, and the Metropolitan Planning Council.
The report examines housing data, trends, and projections for each of the communities in the Collaborative, including Buffalo Grove. It also provides recommendations for future land use, design, housing polices and partnership to explore.
