The Community Development Services Department can provide research for properties located within the Village of Buffalo Grove’s boundaries. You can obtain this information by submitting a request for a Zoning Verification Letter.

All requests must be submitted via mail. Most requests are completed within ten (10) working days.

The requirements for a Zoning Verification Letter are as follows:

• Payment of the $150 fee. Make check payable to the Village of Buffalo Grove.
• Include a copy of your request with payment. Please include any specific questions with your request.
• Please include any special form with your request you would like used. The Community Development Department will provide a letter on village letterhead.
