Office of the Village Manager
The Village Manager's Office is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Village, preparing and presenting an annual budget, developing long-term forecasts, strategies and plans, providing for adequate emergency response, employing and managing personnel and enforcing the legislative actions of the Village Board. On a daily basis, OVM may find its dealing with multiple issues that cross several departments, jurisdictional boundaries and political perspectives. The Village Manager's Office must employ refined problem-solving skills to balance these priorities.
