Employee Spotlight
Tina Hayes began her career in 1998 with Hebron Fire Department in McHenry County, and is currently a volunteer for the department. Hebron Fire providing a variety of training for Tina, including Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic and Fire Fighter II. In 2008 she became a Registered Nurse (RN) and began working at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington in the emergency department. She worked at that hospital until she accepted her current position in May of 2019 for the Buffalo Grove Fire Department as the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Coordinator/Educator. Tina has also been an educator for Northwest Community EMS for the past five years and still holds a current Paramedic license. She is married, and is the mother of three girls.
