Help! Why is there so much water in my yard?

If you notice that storms drains are clogged and water is not draining properly and you would like us to investigate, please fill out an online report to let us know. 

If you have standing water with no storm drains nearby and the standing water has occurred after a rain event, please wait 48 hours after the event before calling.

Why is there standing water in my yard?

There will be times in which the stormwater system will work as expected, but still not be able to handle the amount of water. In this case, there is little to be done until the system can catch-up.
