To better serve Buffalo Grove residents, the police department has moved away from the traditional online scheduling system, which was limited to one day per week.
Child safety seat checks are now available to Buffalo Grove residents anytime Monday through Friday, subject to the availability of our certified child safety seat technicians. To obtain a child seat check, please call the non-emergency police phone number: 847-459-2560. The Desk Officer will contact the on-duty technician to ensure they are available to check your seat installation(s).
