Village Hall Software Update
The Village of Buffalo Grove has a scheduled outage for Tuesday August 13, 2019 at 5AM. The outage is anticipated to last until 12pm but could be longer. During this time the software systems that process payments online and in person at village hall will be unavailable.Permitting, inspection scheduling, and licensing will also be limited during the outage. The Village will be able to provide hand written and/or email receipts for transactions during the outage. Staff will accept applications and requests and will process those once the systems are restored.
