Groundbreaking Ceremony Marked the Historic Significance of The Clove Development Project
On September 22, the Buffalo Grove community came out to celebrate the official groundbreaking of The Clove development project. President Beverly Sussman addressed the crowd, expressing her excitement for this highly anticipated project. In addition, Village Manager Dane Bragg, along with representatives from developers Kensington and Urban Street, provided remarks highlighting the visionary process and strategic partnerships that culminated in this project coming to fruition. Community leaders broke ground, and attendees enjoyed food samples from future tenants Guzman y Gomez and existing tenant Giordano's. The Clove is the largest redevelopment project in the history of Buffalo Grove — a milestone worth celebrating!
