Appearance Review Team
The Appearance Review Team (ART) reviews all development or redevelopment projects and enforces the Appearance Plan. The Appearance Plan provides standards to evaluate improvements in the Village of Buffalo Grove.
Appearanace Review Team consists of the Deputy Village Manager, Village Planner, Building Commisssioner and Associate Planner.
Representatives from either the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals will also be invited to participate in the ART meetings.
