Alarm User Permit
Use this form to apply for a burglar and/or fire alarm permit. If residents and businesses experience excessive false alarms, the Police Department Crime Prevention Unit will send a letter offering assistance in an attempt to reduce the number of false alarm incidents.

Animal Tags
Residents who own dogs and/or cats over four months of age must obtain a license within 10 days of acquiring the pet, or becoming a resident of the village. No dog or cat will be licensed without proof that the animal is inoculated against rabies. A pet license can be mailed as long as a copy of the rabies certificate is included with the application. The cost of the tag is $10 and proof that the animal is inoculated against rabies is required. The tags run the Village's fiscal year, which is May 1 of the present year to April 30 of the following year. Special restrictions apply to Rottweilers and Pit Bull Terriers.
