Primary Duties
- Manages the daily operations of the Village
- Keeps the Village Board informed on matters of policy and legislation that relate to Board responsibility
- Prepares the annual budget
- Manages the positions, divisions, and departments of the Village
- Responsible for coordinating the financial and fiscal affairs of the Village which include capital planning, debt administration, taxation policy, licensing and contract administration
