Buffalo Grove Names New Fire Chief

Village Manager Dane Bragg has announced the promotion of William “Mike” Baker to serve as Fire Chief of the Buffalo Grove Fire Department. Mr. Baker has served as the Interim Fire Chief since Terrence Vavra retired in February 2015.

The Buffalo Grove Landscaping Contest

The Village of Buffalo Grove's Arts Commission is proud to announce the first ever Landscaping Contest. This contest will determine who has the best looking front yard in the village as well as to celebrate the horticultural arts.

Buffalo Grove to Appoint New Trustee

Village President Beverly Sussman will propose candidate Joanne Johnson for appointment to the unexpired term in the position of Village Trustee to the Village Board, scheduled for confirmation on June 15.
