Following an investigation, a search warrant was served in the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at a residence in the 400 block of Gregg Lane in Buffalo Grove. The warrant resulted in the arrests of two brothers who reside in the home.
Dustin Gutierrez, 18, was charged with manufacturing and delivering cannabis in excess of 500 grams (Class 2 Felony), possession of cannabis (Class 3 felony), and possession of drug paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor).
