Three men in custody for the Wednesday, September 13, 2017, armed robbery in Buffalo Grove have been identified and charged with several crimes.
Twin brothers Jamaal S. Anderson, 21, of the 800 block of 14th Street, North Chicago and Jaquan S. Anderson, 21, also of the 800 block of 14th Street, North Chicago along with Jhashi Adorno, 19, of the 200 block of Green Bay Road, Waukegan, each have been charged with two counts of the following:
The Anderson brothers and Jhashi reportedly entered Locksmith Resource in the 1500 block of N. Barclay Road, Buffalo Grove at approximately 7:30 p.m. Each was reportedly armed and restrained an employee before stealing multiple items from the business. The three then left the scene in a U-Haul truck.
Responding officers located the U-Haul and followed it until it crashed at Milwaukee Avenue and Old Half Day Road in Lincolnshire. The suspects then fled on foot but were ultimately detained and taken into custody.
Police recovered two handguns from the scene of the crash, one of which was a BB gun. There are no additional suspects. The Major Crash Assistance Team is currently investigating the crash.
The three men are scheduled to be in Lake County bond court the morning of Friday, September 15.
