GIS Police Blotter
Beginning January 1, 2015 the Village will launch an online Geographic Information System (GIS) to replace the police blotter.  Using the latest technology, we will be able to provide you with incident information and location.  As with all information that the Police Department releases, we respect victim’s rights, allow privacy for personal matters, and will not jeopardize ongoing investigations.   The GIS information will provide more information than is currently available in the blotter and make it more user friendly.   Users will be able to search by crime type, date, or location.  You will be able to check out what’s going on in the village, a neighborhood, street or specific address.
